  • The movements that Tom is showing are good techniques for grip strength. This is done with a easily procured item or none at all.

  • Much respect for Tom and the Sayoc system. I tried to get people interested in forming a training group where I am but only had 3 people. That was a couple years ago, maybe I should try again. Anyway, thanks for posting this!
