Excellent. Most impressed. A few minor editing flaws - timing cut to old lady saying "come in", insert of man's picture too late. Still very good work. Best I have seen so far. Congrats.

1:38 fading lady likes to fade? what was that??

1:46 till 1:55 poor audio mixing listen to background noise come in then come out.
