Yes this is the PC version.

I had the PS2 version a few years ago.

@MikeGustavson There are numorus reasons why it has good graphics. 1. It could be his graphic card, which depending on how high it is, it displays better graphics, and two, the PC version of Nightfire has the best graphics because of the space on a hard disk and Hard drive.
