Yep, this video is ON POINT. I questioned the same thing... legal citizens have to have their "papers" (license, registration, insurance) but illegals dont. This shows bias and favortism - and quite frankly racism towards illegal criminals over American citizens. Illegals have more rights than Americans. As an Arizona resident and retired law enforcement officer (20 yrs) I could not agree more. It was extremely frustrating to have contact with a person known to have broken the Federal Law of illegal entry or remaining in the US and not be able to take any action except maybe a traffic ticket.
