I had an incredible old recording, from the '50s, of Maynard playing three overdubbed trumpet solos on the tune "Airegin" - but THIS is far, far beyond incredible, with Superbone, Baritone Horn, Flugelhorn & Trumpet ALL overdubbed on The Fox Hunt!!!!!

haha. It took me a second to realize that it is him in every bubble. That is so creative and it shows just how amazing and talented Maynard was.

Probably one of my favorites. I love the way Maynard always quotes "Lady Be Good" in his improvised solo in this tune. I'm sure the dubbed over solos with himself was "special effects" for 1970. Great post and performance!
