I recently had a "relapse" in the sense of crossing a bottom line behavioral boundary. I wish I had come upon these questions prior to that, maybe I could have saved myself some heartache. Though good came of it (renew commitment to recovery, firmer boundaries, etc), I will use your 10 questions to prevent further episodes in the future. Great ideas!

@DonnyZodac - You are welcome. Many clients express, exactly what you are describing about being exposed to pornography at such a young age. If a young person gets the counseling at an early age, it is easier for them to learn to manage it. However, most youth have an, "I don't care attitude." They don't realize how it will affect them until the claws of porn have grabbed them and is starting to destroy their life.
