u should have around 12 volts.. 2 volt drop from 14 to 12 is acceptable.. but 9.9volt is verry low.. your amp wont deliver it's rms power

what AMP do you use for int and how strong power cables do you have ?

power cables are 1000 watts, it has a 60 amp circuit braker that i put in, and the amp is a pioneer something .... it hs 750 watts peak power, i didn't put a big amp cuz i don't run it on jack's i take my power for the woofer from the back speakers ! ...wan't photos ???
