its easy to find information when someone else did the research and told which one is right......with out the first book noone would wouldn't even think of cures but still be on medicine for the rest of your life...i can't remember someone putting an impact back for organic foods and natural cures..... SINCE THE FARMS WENT DOWN because of process food.(cheap food) sold by supermarkets.......instead whole food markets are the ones that sell organic foods and usda approval for ALL MEATS....
