2010-2011 VCU Basketball Strength and Conditioning

I`ve been looking at VCU ever since their amazing run in the NCAA last year. I was wondering how they got into it and noticed that it was their full court diamond press (Havoc), my high school team has been trying to achieve it but it was very difficult. Now, I checked out how hard the VCU basketball team worked and learned how their hard work paid off. I have total respect for VCU basketball and hope they they have a great season again this year. I also hope my team will work hard as them.
