hi Carlos, the modeling used in this tutorial is known as NURBS modelling. The NURBS patches are set to behave the same as Bezier spline patches. Yes splines can make it much easier to both animate and model characters than using polygons directly. The animated speaking character you see at the beginning of this tutorial was made by Seamless3d. Seeing this tutorial I was starting to think that this "new" (?, well at least for me) way of modeling remembered me about the spline modeling tool (which I think is more intuitive and fast than the polygon tool). Is it a new and, can we made a full character just using that tool? or am I not seeing it ok? I have no knowlodge of 3D programs
@ii69edii It is not difficult but It takes time and perseverance to get familiar with new concepts and the layout of a new program. Please make a video showing yourself following the steps and show/explain where you are having trouble so that I can help.
