@jokkepokke95 it was a hallucination, it was just a product of Ethan's mind and desire to overcome his demons. His epiphany represented itself in the form of him doing what he does best, kicking the fuck out of freaks like that.

I noticed an easter egg in Multi-player on Underground. There is a wall with alot  of grafitti and i read all of it, sum funny sum scary, but i read something at the top, it said "THIS IS CAKETOWN!!" I saw a video on utube called 300 for kids, and this line replaced "THIS IS SPARTA" I think thiss is a easter egg but not 200% sure, check out my favorites to watch 300 for kids
