i loved the meze ezme when out in turkey this summer, thanx for the video but can u suply the recipe for the ezme red spicy one? thanx x

basically onions tomatoes green peppers chillies courgette parsley spring onions all mixed up chopped and strained salt and peppers added and cillie powder the chopping took about 20 mins you could use a food processsor

don't know where this is but it looks delicious. I go to a local Turkish restaurant here in San Juan (Puerto Rico) at least twice a week. My favorite dishes are ezme, Çoban Salatası, Adana Kebab (do a video on that!) and a couple others :-)

I had a co-worker in Puerto Rico who was from Turkey (he has since returned home) and from what he told me, there were about 20 to 28 Turks in PR. The only word I remember in Turkish now is Bilgisayar.

the lighthouse is in Icmeler it is in the centre of the town next to the cash machines, his name is sulymen tuyonet a very nice man, the rooms were only built in 2006 season
