I wish Trent didn't buy into this "getting buff" craze that all the celebrities are going through.

I used to stress about it myself, working out constantly. Then I realized it was a trap, a never ending pursuit of perfection that ultimately leaves you just as insecure then you ever were before.

The more celebrities that go down this path, the more it makes the general population think they absolutely have to look like this.

I thought Trent was more independantly minded than that.
