How did Andy die? From what I have seen his passing is truly a loss to the whole world who loves music. Check out the Diego Garcia Islands,another land grab by Britain and the US (who purchased the islands from Britain with a Polaris Submarine deal)which displaces 7 thousand people from their beloved home that went back 6 generations. How about New Orleans, another land grab too.

Well you know what? I met him! At the folk festival months before he died. His best friend is my best friends dad so he got us tickets, I've met all of them. It's so sad that he passed on, he was a really sweet guy, at least he will not be forgotten

I did not know Andy Palacio until I heard of his untimely passing 2 days ago. I was really enthrolled by the music and the history of the community he came from. He will always be remembered even by those of us who came to know him at such a sad time. May you rest in peace.

I enjoy looking at his video clips, and through the comments I learned what watina means I lived in Corozal Belize and the seaside and village setting remind me so much of my home that I want to cry and I remember my mom who passed away like Andy last Jan...but it is beautiful to at least see the sea on clips thanks for posting it!
