1.) She is a songwriter... when you sing your own music, its coming from the heart and the emotions leak through more then buying and singing someone elses songs

2.) She sings great live... has excellent stage presence, connects with the fans, moves around stage and has a lot of energy.

3.) She is down to earth... in her interviews she is very bold, honest and real.

4.) Donates to charity... she remembers what it was like to be hungry.. now she gives back
