Having worked on many reservations around the west, I can tell you I have stood and watched the spraying day after day. I actually observed through high powered binoculars, a c130 flying at about 10000 feet or less with a side door open and a man at a machine spraying out that door. That is the only low level spraying I ever observed. No camera that day, but I have plenty of pictures that will be posted soon on here.
