Great idea! Before I saw your video every time I made my juice I would look at all the pulp that I was throwing away & wasting & I thought to my self, oh what a waste. I want to say thanks for making this video because now I know what to do with all the left over pulp & plus also I have been wanting for some time to find out how to make my own raw organic crackers because sea crackers are so expensive, this is a better alternative. Again Thanks for sharing this wonderful & informative video.
Hi Natasha, I like your vids and I'm going to subscribe.
With the pulp from juicing, I've made wraps for sandwiches, and "sunshine burgers". They were delicious. Also when I have alot of pulp left over, I freeze it and use it for recipes at different times.
As a newbie of raw foods I'm loving your vlogs. This is so much more fun than "cooking" or shall I say killing food. I got the juicer and hated all the wasted pulp but now I know what awesome method to use them. thx so much :)
I LOVE vegetables, I eat chia seeds reg. in my salads, I think of myself somewhat as adventurous with food... but I wasn't sure about this as I watched it. The end result looks alright. I will have to try it.
@Irisheyes77christy How do you eat your chia seeds? and where do you get them? I recently read a short article about chia seeds the other day. I'm wondering how good they are.
I'm trying to start a juice feast right now... i think if i continue to fail at fully starting it, I'll join your group! =^-^= (alittle motivation for me now that I've voiced it!) o_o
Thanks for the great idea!! On the ten day juice fast do you give a menu of what types of juices we should consume each day or do we just pick what we want?
oh yeah ive heard this guy at a health food store say he goes the a juice bar and the owners give him left over pulp and he makes crackers with them =)

tell me about other options if we don't have a dehidrator?
emthiel1 5 months ago
@emthiel1 Set your oven on the lowest setting possible and dehydrate it in there.

KFC -- aka as Not Chicken -- has advertisements over your videos. Ugh

Can you use an oven set on the lowest temp instead of a dehydrator?

what seeds?

@eladavi1
Chia seeds. You can get them from the healthfood store in the aisle that has grains.

I really wasn't sure where you were going with this at first.... But in the end it looks really good!! :)

Would you use proper spoons for stirring??? Its just silly to mix with a measuring spoon!! Holy moly that looks gross. Feed the waste to the pigs.

How do you store these crackers? And how long can they be stored?
What I am thinking is, if I go on a juice diet that generates all this pulp, I would want the crackers for a day when I am no longer on a juice diet.

I do the same thing with soy bean pulp, I mix it with chopped kale, season, then dehydrate.

I mix the vegetable juice pulp into raw ground meat for healthy raw dog food.

What a great idea the juice fast. Would I´ll be able to play tennis? practice I mean. How tired one gets while doing this? Or is it individual?
Thanks.

Wow - looks soooooooooooo good!
I haven't used my dehydrator in a while, will definitely do so now!

For me, juicing creates an unneeded extra step(or series of steps rather). I make smoothies in a blender and drink it all up from one glass.
Looks like this is fun for you, though, and that is awesome. :) There's definitely joy in creating new recipes!

Recently I think you have gone to extremes with the raw diet.
