Depends. I continuously cruise and never stay anywhere for more than two weeks. Therefore I don't live in any one council's area for long enough to have to pay. If I had a permanent mooring I would have to pay.

Never heard of it/him/them. What's the name of the tune? I have to buy it. There shouldn't be any objection since you are generating sales, if you just tell me what album to buy. I have to have it, it's beautiful. Nice boat too :-)

It's a tune by Altan (I probably shouldn't be using it!) and I felt it fitted the slowly drifting mood.
