SImplest and cheapest way is to hose it down with a spray bottle of heavily soapy water (dish soap works well) It dissolves the nest, and keeps the wasps from attacking because they cant fly. Once the nest is gone, and the queen is dead (you will want to squish her when she comes out) the rest simply leave and dont come back. Also does no damage to property of course
