  • This video was uploaded 2.5 years ago. But Minister Duncan didn't know anything about it. Sad sad sad.

  • Everybody needs something not just children

    But everyone in the community

  • The children of Attawapiskat are taking their fight to Ottawa. They will be in Ottawa on May 28 for a press conference calling for a direct meeting with Chuck Strahl. The Ontario High School Teachers Federation is co-hosting an event for them in 371 West Block at noon. On May 29 they will march in the national Day of Action. We now have over 100 schools active in the campaign.

  • This is video is based on photos taken at the Sacred Fire Rally in Fort Albany. It was a rally for the children of Attawapisakt. Families travelled on the ice roads from Attawapiskat, Kashechewan and Moose Factory to celebrate and fight for the children of Attawapiskat. Meegwetch to all the local campaigns and student groups who have joined the fight for a fundamental principle that all children are entitled to a decent school that gives them hope.

  • My school is writing letters. Charlie Angus came to my class a couple weeks ago and spoke. Great to see the campaign is moving ahead. Love the video. Hopefully Mr. Strahl sees this!

  • This is great- what a powerful video. Hopefully the government will see all the people supporting Attawapiskat and give them the school they deserve.
