Friendly Fires are a very able live act, they perform so well and lead boy is a very good vocalist live. His movements are endearing and give the band recognition for their stage performances as well as the work they produce. They were the reason I went to Lovebox this year and I was happy to have seen them in their home town of St Albans a little while after so twice in a few months. This is one of my favoured Friendly's tracks...

Song sends chills down my spine. The song has meaningful lyrics. "GO and pack your bags for the long haul" and the chorus is quite good.

Let's not forget about the energy the band takes to stage. The dancing in the "kiss of life " is a good example of the energy.

Great band overall. Hope they visit Texas soon.

he's singing an octave higher...cool! if he sang live as he sings on the cd there would be need to another guy who sings the same part in falsetto as on the cd and the volume would still be too low

The Vacuum Cleaner i think causes some sort of effect to the guitar. Like when you have overdrive on the guitar amplifier put some music next to it (radio) and it'll play through the wire to the amplifier. It's Great!
