They all tend to live in their respective places, though migration does occur like in Bahrain and other places. I have seen muslims that are whitier than Europeans from the middle east. According to studies done in the US, only 40% of Iranians and 50% of Arabs are muslim. Most only associate with Islam in their home country out of fear.

My uncles live in Germany and they have said the same about the Turkish Muslims that have inundated Germany with legal and illegal immigration. They do not assimilate to the German culture at all but still take all the benefits of a German citizen. Islam is a government within a religion, study it.
