As a DJ of over 20 years I have heard this happen countless times, however there is some questions I would ask, 1st why didn't the organizer also have a copy of the Itinerary, was it actually stipulated in the contract for the DJ to wear a Tux? was there an interview with the actual DJ or was it with the service and they just sent a DJ who works for the service out. DJ should have been ashamed to show up dressed as he was but perhaps the service was short DJ's and he was all they had available.
$200?.......Its no wonder he sucked! Get a professional!
