Dandansoy was written by an Antiqueno from Antique, Panay. Payao was meant to be Panay. And the exact word is not babon babon but bobon bobon, a small digging near the river where spout of clean water gush forth used for bathing and rinsing laundry. Soon as a child learns to talk, this song was taught to them. such a pity this song is no longer heard in every home. thanks for uploading. and mabuhay to nora aunor for rendering it with her heart.

This song is Hiligaynon (Ilongo) from Panay Island. There are also mistakes in the lyrics.-" mag bobon bobon ", are the right lyrics.
