  • does anybody here prefer the landing or the take-off?

  • By the way, MERSCAPE, it is Brazil.

  • crash!

  • take off

  • what country is this?

  • i'm flying in two days.. i think i'm gonna have to close my eyes

  • yeah!

  • i.love.the.window seat. it is AMAZING!!!

  • i dont think a video camera counts as an electrcal device--i mean, it shouldnt intervee with the aircraft while landing-its not connceted to anything electrical to interfere??

  • neither is an Ipod but they still make u turn it off. I talked to a pilot once, he said the main reason to turn off all electronic devices is so in case of an emergency you can hear the instructions being given

  • Yea, a camera is fine. But the flight attendent says to turn it off, and dis-obeying a flight attendent is against the law, honestly, look it up :D

  • The only thing that truly is a concern is anything that transmits or receives a signal. But the problem is every single device would have to be tested to make sure that it's ok to use during takeoff and landing. So it's easier to just say turn EVERYTHING off. Even though cameras, mp3 players, stuff like that, are perfectly safe in reality.

  • Now this is what I can an econo vacation! Great vid!

  • its just Cells and Wi Fyi computers..... you can have a cam on!!!

  • LOVLEY FINAL APPROACH! THANKS

  • Yeeesss very interesting. :) Nah just kidding.

  • it would be a 737-300

  • i wonder how much drag the flaps and speed brakes must create while landing?

  • It would depend on the drgree of flaps. spoilers mar mostly to "spoil"any lift created via ground affect. the flaps have a higher drag component past 15 degrees and help you come in at slower speeds.

  • 737-300

  • nice

  • its a 737-300 because you can see the engine is longer on a 737-200

  • indeed :D

  • i think 737-200 becouse is to noise

  • it is a 737-300 bcuz a if it was a 737-200 the reverse thrust wud flip to cover the back of the engine

  • I think it's a 737, not sure which version though.

  • You notice the eary quiet when landing???

makes me wanna fly. Do you know what plane?

  • VERY ******* COOL!!!

  • Why do I see this in EVERY comment page?

  • i dont think that site's active anymore, but how is that related??

  • this wing mechanism was designed by electrical and mechanical engineers. poor chaps must have been laid off by now...

  • wow that was real nice

  • I wash in the us you didnt have that many plane taking off and landing so you could enjoy a bump-less flight....

  • well what a perfect fuing landing no bumps perfect

  • I love being a pilot. I hope some day I can do that.

  • nice very nice very very nice

  • I thought that was a brilliant landing. It didn't even feel like it landed

  • you guys shouldnt argue about what he did wrong i mean why does that matter? it was a great landing everyones alive.

  • now that was a really nice landing, great video!!! best i have ever seen i think!!

  • i wish the landings from qantas (australian airline) was that good

  • smooth landing.

  • he is late to put whells he open flaps two times litter to land and afer open full because its open only landing airbrake watch more landing you will notice!

  • Very cool.

  • Excellent and incredible landing.

  • Sweet

  • Very nice landing ;-)

  • Nice landing on the 737-500

  • HEY I SAW MY HOUSE!

  • sweet landing loved it

  • fantastic landing...i couldnt even tell when the wheels hit

  • You can tell when the wheels hit because as soon as the wheels touch down the spoilers deploy, because they pre-activate them as part of landing checks to prevent them forgetting to put them up on landing. :]!

  • haha i know that man. i know all about planes. i knew by the time the spoilers were out that the plane was on the ground but before then i couldnt tell, the camera didnt shake at all

  • good landing. Where did you land at?

  • Tha's what I call i knife on butter

  • Fantastic landing. The pilot is great. Nice skills. Really great vid too. I love flying so much and this vid gets the goose bumps going.

  • sweet landing.. like the one i did in GRU as well, but it was an A320!

  • I love the moment when the plane is on the ground, the flaps are going down and the captain is starting to speak. Very nice vid!!

  • i meen the older 737s have the old flap design. when they r fully extended, the blast from the engines shakes them a bit. But the landing was really smooth.

  • great landing. the flaps shook a little much.

  • Wtf.? They didn't shake at all. That was a great landing.

  • is this a 737-300 -400 or -500? nice video.

  • Great job my friend! Excellent sound and a great view of the wing. You can feel the power of the plane so i give you 5 star! Continue doing this and next time dont forget to film the inside of the cabine!!

  • i bet the VS on that was like 18 FPM, DAMNNNNNNNN!!

  • crap that's smooth

  • holy fuck, i think i was on that flight

  • believe it or not landings can look similar :P

  • i know, but i frequently travel to brazil.

  • that is one of the smoothest landings i have ever seen

  • International aiport of Guarulhos - GRU

    - São Paulo, Brazil

  • must be somwhere in Brazil.

  • cool, where is this landing at??

  • nice, but which part of secure all electronic devices did we not understand?

  • actually only stuff like radios and computers are safe...practically anything that requires a signal, such as cell phone signals, radio signals, and internet crap...but thinks like cameras, CD players, video recorders, etc. are safe because they dont interfere with the flight at all

  • oops my bad i mean stuff like radios and computers (laptops) are NOT safe

  • cool
