  • As a AHA Instructor I must say her hand placement is too low. The xiphoid process which is right at the bottom center of your ribcage can break off can cause serious damage to organs. Your compressions should be at the center of the sternum or breast bone. Push hard and fast at least 100 compressions a minute. 30 compressions followed by 2 rescue breaths. And repeat until the patient wakes up or EMS takes over.
