If making a workbench top and I have 1/2" plywood, will this stuff stick and hold up fairly well? Does the Plywood need Kilz primer on it first?

I normally apply diamond wire and staples when going over plywood, but if it is in good shape and you prime it it should be fine. I would feel pretty safe beings it is a work bench. Take care!
