In the late 90's/Early 2000's, The State of Illinois (USA) required that All State/Public buildings have a Defibrillator...and they have saved lives...Not sure if the United Center in Chicago or the Allstate Arena in Rosemont have it, but it's catching on.

Good for them, these are a must for every proffesional team to have on the bench or in the locker room. That simple plastic box saved Jiri Fischer's life, a matter of a couple thousand dollars to keep someone from dying. Thats a no brainer for a multi million dollar pro organization. Good for these guys making sure this gets done.
