  • iv had 3 kids n i got 1stretch mark on my tum, im in shape 2. Women pls dont b jealous, im not as lucky as you think. During all my pregnancies i suffered frm 'piles/tags' im due an op 2 remove them but they'll come back :( its so easy 2 talk to ppl about tummy probs after birth but my prob (which is really comman) its hard to talk about..ppl say im lucky, my point is EVERY WOMAN has after birth problems.its worth it, u just gotta love ur new body. exercise helps but it wont take the marks away

  • me too i was 16 wen i had my child but no c-section....i did it the other way of course..lol...but i mean i think there is a way to getour stomach tight and flat..its possible cuz there are ppl who have had 4 kids and manage to excerise and do wat ever else..naturally and get a flat stomach..soimma keep doing my research

  • i know how you feel i had my daughter 2 years ago by emergancy c section and still cant seem to move this belly fat away, but it mis streched too so am getting down by this i have tried diets and exercise but cant seem to stick to anything it so hard for me to stop eating fatty foods. any body any tips please

  • @carolinem29 iam the same way and on top of that i see these girls that have had like 5 or 6 kids and they are compltly strech mark free and i have only 2 and iam covred in them!!!

  • @mizztrina2294 well my first son i had i did not have any weight no stretch marks at all which is weird cause he was a emergency C-section but my second son now that is were i got the nasty stretch marks and i have tried every thing!!i have hardly any weight but my stretch marks you could see from a mile away its nasty....

  • @CandyKizzs77 ....lol.....i dont worry gurl imma do sum research forthe both of us and all the other curious mothers.....there is a way for us to get that sexy stomach....but my stretchies not that visible...but they are on my sides and i dont like that...but there are stuff to help LIGHTEN the strtch marks but not to get rid of them forgood...but yea imma do sum research and et bck to you....

  • I disagree. I have already lost all of my baby weight. I just need to get things tightened back up. I only gained 28 pounds with my pregnancy, and I eat really healthy, but so far haven't exercised. My 8 week mark is on Wednesday, and I've decided to wait the extra two weeks so I don't hurt myself.

  • listen.... losing baby weight is hard but never impossible unless ur skin is stretching. if u didnt bind ur tummy after u gave birth, sorry to say that in some cases, ur bad. same with ur breast. i had one... and 11 lb baby and am still working on it. she was a c-section but my tummy isnt that bad. u can still wrap it up... it'll kinda work but if its skin... sorry bro thats surgery

  • after having kids ur body never ever goes back to normal!! I have lost alot of weight after kids but after a while nothing u do will work! I have 5 kids and 7 preg's under my bealt. and 3 sergery on abdomnial area. So u have tip for that cause i have ask alot of people and there all say the same.

  • I can't feel my muscles at all. I haven't been doing exercises, and did none during pregnancy, so I probably don't have enough muscles to test for this.

  • @mylieblue Hi, you can check how far apart your stomach muscles have seperated with your fingers. The seperation is felt from the belly button up to your ribs (a vertical line) First you lie on your back, and slightly pull your head and chest upwards (as if you're going to do a sit up) then take your fingers and feel the seperation (your hand must be horizontal to the vertical line to feel between the muscles because they open up during pregnancy). 2 to 3 fingers isn't too bad, 10 is bad!

I cant check right now how many fingers of separation there is coz I'm currently pregnant... so I'm gonna have to wait a few months for that lol... I'm basically just checking the exercises that I'll have to do postpartum... I'm gonna be prepared this time around (second pregnancy) and get my fit body back! ;)

  • you can eat basicially whatever you want! breastfeeding burns anywhere from 500-1000 calories a day. That does NOT mean you have to take in extra calories. As long as you eat enough calories (i.e. 2000 a day) you should be fine. Just like normal, only eat when you're hungry!

  • You can't do this if you have abdominal separation.

  • @pringleofbelgium it depends on the degree of seperation after 6 weeks of giving birth. I've just had my third child with only three fingers of seperation and I'm fine to do these as long as I don't over do them and cause pain.

  • Nursing Moms are supposed to get an additional 500 calories, but that is an approximation. Gauge your milk supply and level of hunger. I never bothered to count calories, just listen to your body, eat healthy and make sure you don't eat past being full. 500 calories is really not as much as most people think!!!
