Absolutely minor differences...the bigger differences are personal and cultural. For example, I have seen jerks from all cultures - what you call wrongly "races". I have seen wonderful people to from all of them. You little phenotypical differences are due to climate. I bet you Irish, like me, can change color in one day of sun-bathing! From pink-peach to bright red. Is that minor? Some of evolved Siberianly, are cold-adapted, some with dark complexions - sun-adapted. It's that simple!
