  • you call this a cheat meal... give yourself a brake man

  • your overbody should be larger when we compare arms with chest and back

  • @sh000ter47 Tell that to Phil heath and Evan Centopani? I agree on back being bigger seeing as it is a larger muscle group, however the biceps and triceps together are a larger muscle group than your chest... And that all comes down to genetic structure.. Im WORKING on brining my chest up, but for now this is what I am working with.. If your chest is bigger than your arms, you need to bring your arms up!

  • @scondore yeah agree that all comes down to genetic structure! You are in a good way with your body. We people are variously constructed in weight and length because I have harder to build up my arms than the chest and back so that's why I commented it but but just to accept it. Keep going and have fun. NO PAIN NO GAIN

  • Who is Ezekiel and how can I buy his bread?

  • @flexwheeIR made from sprouted gra... hahaa

  • my cheats are only sweets. i crave nothing else

  • yeah do you even workout your chest man cause it should be bigger

  • Thats not a cheat meal lol

  • Cheat? I eat ice cream, chocolate and cake. fml...

  • this aint no cheat meal, barthel fitness cheat meal - two big pizzas cheese bread and creatine now thats a cheat meal haha

How many BWWs do you eat? I eat 25 in one sitting

  • my arnold potato bread has unbleached enriched wheat flour listed as first ingredient, followed by potato flour. i thought white bread is supposed to be bad for bodybuilding. get back at me nick.

  • making me hungry at 2:40 in the morning ahhhhehhhhs.

  • Arms looking hugeeeee

  • love the phone call during it lol

  • Been following you for a while, and your diet advice has been very effective, and well explained. Alot of things i did not know before watching some vids of yours and i appreciate the information. Thanks alot.

  • Chest man!

  • @pkerlarss He didn't even show her face idiot. And who watches a while vid about this and comments on somthing like that anyway??

  • Whos that hot girl with the neck tat haha ?

  • u got alright arms but u needa bigger chest

  • @j4son69 yeah great otherwise but chest needs work

  • @j4son69If you watch his other videos, it's clear he trains chest really hard. Some people just have genetic weaknesses in the form of lagging bodyparts that never get as big as everything else. Plus you can tell he's an ectomorph who has a really hard time gaining muscle anyway. And he also has a really small rib cage, which doesn't help at all.

  • @j4son69...and maybe some shoulders?

  • @j4son69 bad genes lol

  • @j4son69 alrite arms? there like 18 inches.

    thats preety fucken impresive

  • instead of cheese why not put in some lean ham??

  • cool video bro, i made this, but instead of potato bread i used a whole wheat wrap instead, still very delicious tho.

  • Nick, your huge haha, keep up the good work:)

  • yolks don't have good fats.....

  • @anthraxx94 actually yolks have very good fat. Cholesterol in egg yolks is actually the good kind. Also, think about nature, humans naturally eat things like eggs and fish and vegetation. Eggs are the least of the worries. I'm more concerned with things like partially hydrogenated oils and nonfat shit that has more chemicals as ingredients than actual food.

  • @Bsnakes Oh! Thanks a lot mate!

  • NICK... You're the Best!

  • Love diet/nutrition videos with BB meal preparing & cooking.

  • @Nobama1028 ok...what's your point? Is that all you can do is call people names? how old are you?

  • love the ending! lol

thanks for this, im always looking for good, healthy meals to eat!

    thanks again

  • hey nick, i work out one body part a day, but i do triceps and biceps on the same. I feel like my arms have plateued and was wondering if splitting them up would be more productive? thanks for making vids dude

  • @jacksonhfive Nick has huge arms because that is his genetic build. Look at his chest. It is smaller. Im sure he hits it like mad but you can't change genetics. To build mass you need to focus on your basics. Bench press, squat, deadlift, shoulder press. Many avid lifters poke fun at smaller guys doing arms. Your arms will grow as they are indirectly hit by those core exercises. After you reach your desired size then work on chiseling your "sculpture." Building blocks 1st.

  • @thegarbageman21 totally agree with you !

im sort of the same.. more arms genetically and smaller chest.. just fighting off the chest genetics hahah

and well the arms i generally almost dont do any arms since i work them indirectly while doing chest/back

    good observation

  • how come your in black and white in this one, nick?

  • who cares how it looks as loong as its good

    nice vidbro

  • nick you have a SuperSuperior body and great style. you are a true video/tv personality. hard to believe one so young is so elequent.

  • wheres nd wen is your nxt comp? i would love to compete against you

  • cheese...milk...bread...microwave...

All the stuffs go wrong, man.

    There are all wrong!!

  • @kb826062871 Off-season means you don't have to be so strict with the cheat meal. Cheat meal is important during training. Helps physicaly and mentaly.

  • @venger as an athlete, you gotta get nutrition from food, but if you put in the microwave... all gone... not about strict/ loose, it's about health. even if I'm not a body builder, i eat carefully, not about off-season or what, is about Health and your life

  • how do you measure your bodyfat? I've seen some scales doing that, is it really accurate? Thanks for your instructive videos always enjoying to learn.

  • @fredericl123 Calipers.

  • huge guns dude ;)

  • God you're gorgeous

  • cool I enjoy watching you and listening to you. Nice !!

  • I'm guessing...but even though you aren't a big person, you seem like you really like to eat!

  • How tall are you now? I only saw you saying that you were 5 foot 6 when you were 16. assuming you grew a few inches? you look taller than 5 foot 6.

  • @FireflySkateboarder he is 5'7

  • Cool man, keep doing meal/diet videos.

Also, what do you do to prevent injuries & treatment for soreness. Thanks, ur awesome.

  • @Nobama1028 wtf does that mean...if that stands for get the fcuk off...the answer to that is no...why don't you gtfo.

  • i tried this meal and it was great

  • white potatoes are good carbs??like complex??

  • @91richie yes potaatoes are good carbs. wseet potatoes are even better but regular potatoes are still good for you

  • i just made this and had 3 cups of egg whites 5 pieces of wheat bread 1 with jelly the other four with 2 3/4 cups of the 3 eggs with 3/4 cup mozzerella and marinara 1 oatmeal cookie (wanted more) and fruit snacks ! and 3 cups of fat free milk :)

  • @hardkicker92 body hair or head hair?

  • haha good job nick!

  • MOOOSE!!

  • Keep up the good work, always interesting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lmao did you say american goverment cheese

  • @wwefuture01 I thought they gave away all of the "government cheese" years ago. I think Mr. Wright means, generic yellow processed cheese slices, a near-cheese product, but it does melt nice in an omlette.

Can he say "offseason" one more damn time?

  • @wwefuture01 lol and i think he means regular cheap cheese, nothing expensive

  • Comment removed

  • you sure are one awesome kid

o yeh what dog was that in your video

  • i hate having an intolerance to eggs :(

  • @ako541 Soy much?

  • Good video, and will have to try it. but it's hardly a cheat meal.

  • aweseome man plain eggs are starting to suck

  • nick is my hero!!!

  • cool vid,but i wouldnt consider thatg a cheat meal lmao, actually really healthy

  • @TheOAKcg1 for a normal person its healthy for a true bodybuilder its not a first choice

  • "MOOOOOSSSSE!!!!!"

  • u eat like a dog men ..

    believed i like urs videos,

u hav the support of mexico

  • Hey Nick, I'm gonna tell ya what my whole diet plan is and I just wanna check with u to see if its good for my goals. My main goal is to develop a model like body type (Very lean with mass but not TOO much mass). I still carry a little bit of bf but its hard to distinguish between that and excess skin caused by weight loss over the years. I am on a complex carb kinda diet. Most of the carbs I consume are whole grain, The only time I have simple carbs is post workout really. Is this good? Bad?

  • @alucardwillfreed14 I can answer this one, because I'm in the same boat. Simple sugars are good post-workout, but only then. They replace spent glycogen and help transmit proteins to those tired muscles. Make sure it's stuff like white rice, though. Drinking a coke isn't going to help.

  • @hosslogan Yes for the most part my breakfast is oatmeal (The healthier kind from a container with nonfat milk and a scoop of whey protein mixed in + extra virgin olive oil) then my post workout meal is usually something like chicken or tuna but I try to throw in some white bread or somethin for simple carbs, then the meal after that is usually another bowl of oatmeal with the protein scoop. Ffor dinner i pick out whatever pasta i find thats not whole grain and eat whatever meat or veggies hahah

  • @hosslogan Good advise but actually drinking a coke will help. Glycogen stores are replaced by simple sugar. Doesn't matter where it comes from. Gatorade is a popular choice because it has high fructose corn syrup which replenishes those stores even faster than white bread / etc.

Obviously a banana would be superior but scientifically speaking some soda serves the same purpose as any simple sugar in restoring glycogen stores in the liver.

  • Alrite good Tutorial bro

  • OMG whats that thing moving in the back???

  • @KingRockets A dog lol

  • You have a huge dick.

  • @helpvidz luv ur comment lmao

  • Haha, I love it - Nick!
