Wow... talk about paranoid. The miltaruy MOS 31E is the equivalent of a prison guard. They are used overseas primarily to occupy prisons in Iraq and Afghanistan and train Iraqi military and police officers. When the National Guard come home they train one weekend per month. It'd be kinda hard to take over the civilian population working 2 days a month. Paranoid conspiracy theorist, that's all this joker is.

The pictures shown in the "credible article" are actually of MOUT Training in which the military pays people from other countries to help soldiers train with dealing with civilians overseas. The "camps" that you are referring to are training sites take a closer look, do they really look like secure facilities? You can add any caption to any picture and make up a story to go with it and people will believe you because you have a picture.

Soldiers are always within their rights to defend themselves from any potentially lethal threat. That being said, there was never a command given to the soldiers to shoot. Also you are leavinbg out the part where the soldiers showed up to disperse the crowd and were attacked first. After the first attack, soldiers used a non lethal tactic (tear gas) then came a second attack. How would you have responded?
