  • im makin a box like this for 2 re audio sx 10s in a single cab f150...where can i get these ports?

  • yeah really easy to make a box with aero ports..

You can buy the aero ports from partsexpress website. The brand I used was Precision Port / precision sound products.

For a RE SX 10" you need .7-1.5cuft per sub.

I would try and do big of a box as I could fit comfortably. 2cu ft after all displacements would be the minimum I would personally do. Don't ever do the minimum displacement as it will not sound as good.

  • nice work dude!

  • what are the specs?

  • It's not a one size fit all for all trucks. You need to measure the space behind your seats to your application. I have a chevy silverado and if you have a dodge etc it might not fit properly.

  • yea i know but i wanted an idea of what kind of size i need for the right air space...

  • ? what are you making

  • lol its a subwoofer enclosure. Its for a regular cab pickup and you have limited space in those kind of trucks. With most of the aero ports external you save lots of internal volume which is needed for high powered/big magnet subwoofers.
