Capcom could easily reboot dino crisis, use the re4 engine, ditch ganados for raptors (both attack aggressively and from the side) and there you go, bring back the horror, already got the melee with that and put in dropping weapons and you've got a dino crisis reboot.

Hey, I actually think Dino Crisis 2 was way funner than DC1, although just not as survival horror-ish, which is something I love. No doubt that it had better weapons, Lol. I hope one day they make another competent Dino Crisis game. DC3 was SHIT! Taking Regina out was the worst idea anyone could've had.

I liked Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2... I haven't and will not play Dino Crisis 3. These games along with Resident Evil are the foundation of my child hood and who I am today. =D

I do if capcom kept the same story and plot, but refurbished the graphics, expanded Ibis Island ie adding more areas of the base to explore, and add more puzzles to it. Basically like they did for the Re remake on the gamecube. People probably disagree but I also think the voices should either be the same people or, similar sounding, the voices all suit the characters personality, the soundtrack could be remixed too. If they do this i'll buy it.

Man this game was good last year I bought it since i still have my old ps1 game.Kids these days are missing out and imo they they made not play it because they're going to say the graphic sux.I don't care about today games except gears 3(lol).At least my little brother appreciate this game and loves it because its really challenging for him with an amazing storyline.AND i really wouldn't mind if this game was remake.

But you can't even compare 2 to 5. 2 was a great survival horror game, RE 4 and 5 were just boring action games. Capcom ruined resident evil, imo it should've just been re 1 2 and 3, and 0 as well. Although I did like the Outbreak games.

RE0= the beginning of the incident

RE1= the mansion incident

RE2 and 3= the escape from a desolated city.

RE Outbreak 1 and 2= other survivors escaping

It's a perfect trilogy without any other games.

Dino Crisis 1 was actually a survival horror game, Dino Crisis 2 sucked because it wasnt Survival horror it was a run and gun game that you could beat in about 2 hours, Dino crisis 3... I dont even want to talk about it

This sounds like it was recorded by holding a mic up to the speakers... Oh well, thanks for posting it, it's better than recording it myself, although I suppose if I felt like it I could run the game on an emulator, port the sound through a DirectX plugin to a file, then edit the file. I'm feeling kinda lazy this month so I might do it, unless I forget about it (I hope I dont!) :P.

@ihatevinniemac The surprising thing was about Dino Crisis was that he came right in the middle of Capcom's invasion of survival horror... there literally was no room to breath in the late 90's when they were churning out survival horror hit after hit! Look at the games: Resident Evil 2 (Jan 1998), Dino Crisis (July 1999), Resident Evil 3 (Sept 1999), Res: Code Veronica (Feb 2000), Dino Crisis 2 (Sept 2000). Which other game publisher can produce 5 high quality games in 32 months? None!

Before i played RE, i was playing this.

then out of no where, while i was playing this back when i was younger, my father came in the room and just gave me RE3 brand new!

I then started playing RE3 instead since at the time i had already beaten Dino Crisis.

I will tell you this right now, Dino Crisis is alot more harder and complex then RE3 is.

The puzzles were just so damn complicating! and the dinosaurs were alot more harder and faster then zombies!

I loved both games equally!

Just downloaded this game on PS3 never played it back when it came out so decided to give it a try.

I'm liking it so far, but it's a bit different from Resident Evil you really have to conserve ammo because you don't find a whole lot.

I would have to agree with on that one. The new Street Fighter game is pretty good. I heard some sour reviews of it. Street Fighter II HD Remix now that looks like a kick ass game. RE 4 and RE5 do not have that classic feel to them. There has been talk about a RE2 remake. Hopefully they leave the game play and story line the same. I really enjoy classic arcade and console games. They don't hold your hand like new games do. They are a challenge. That is what makes a game worth playing.

I was what like 4 or 5 when this came out? Im 13 now, i remember in 1 of the save rooms theres i guy ripped to like shreds and the music when you saw him always gave me nightmares. Funny game though, so similar to my favorite RESIDENT EVIL!

Haha...8th grade, maybe 9th, rented this game when it first came out, very similiar to Resident evil, except with dinosaurs..had save rooms with the "safe for now" music themes, I enjoyed this game, very scary, I remember you talking to a doctor on a top floor with a big glass window, all of a sudden BOOM!T-rex shatters the window and eats the doctor, you leave..and the T-rex stalks you throughout the rest of the game, always scared cause you would hear distant raptor growls too, good times...
