To have Eric Clapton know every word to every song is saying something. Eric Clapton then brought him on during his set and played two Citizen cope songs during his set. I took care of him during a benifit concert in 09. his manager and him both have no clue how truly important their fans are. this is probably why they will never be truly famous, playing for sold out concerts with platnium albums.

Been to two shows and both times got the opportunity to get to shake his hand and exchange a few words with him. He'll never be "truly" famous, as you put it, because he realizes that his music isn't something that needs to be commercialized. It needs to be discovered, like one would discover a precious gem, so that it can be truely appreciated and valued.
