@SarahSecret1 I started to loose weight almost the day I recognized I was GID. I wasn't real big, 210LBS on a 5'11" frame, but had a very poor self immage. once that started to change WOW! I was like a fat furnace on NItro.

I was 310 6'5..eating junk food and drinking beer.I came out to a friend and it pushed me to loose the weight I changed my eating habits and stopped drinking beer worked out more and then became serious about it once i started to notice the changes.I lost 150lbs in about a year and a half I am 168 today and have been fairly slack about working out but kept my diet mostly the same.soo in about 9months i gained about 8lbs but Idk..still happy=)

@Segnet37451172 YES! YES! YES! like a huge weight was lifted off me..lol.. I worked hard to get to the "core" of who I am..that was a major part of it! I also have spent sooo much time in my head working it out until I fianlly became brave enough to be myself!

@SarahSecret1 I started to loose weight almost the day I recognized I was GID. I wasn't real big, 210LBS on a 5'11" frame, but had a very poor self immage. once that started to change WOW! I was like a fat furnace on NItro.
burned away my back boobs in 3 weeks! amazing what a self immage can do! was this your case?

I was 310 6'5..eating junk food and drinking beer.I came out to a friend and it pushed me to loose the weight I changed my eating habits and stopped drinking beer worked out more and then became serious about it once i started to notice the changes.I lost 150lbs in about a year and a half I am 168 today and have been fairly slack about working out but kept my diet mostly the same.soo in about 9months i gained about 8lbs but Idk..still happy=)

I stumbled on your video and wow girl you really have legs that go on forever. Your also incredibly beautiful too. I wish I had long legs like that but I wasn't blessed with it.
