  • I love you your soo positive! Keep it up grrl (:

  • if u tone up.does that reduce the appearance of the strecthmarks

  • 100% shea butter made my stretch marks lighter but they did not go away

  • Palmer's Cocoa Butter for Stretch Marks and Callanetics for Lose Skin... Hope this helps....

  • I heard that some burn units in hospitals will do the surgery for free because they need the skin for burn victims. I don't know how true this is, but I guess it's worth looking into.

  • I agree with you about loose skin. All of it will not go away naturally especially if you lost a great amount of weight.

  • I can say that getting some sun on the stretch marks fades them really well

  • women don't bulk up. i was a powerlifter/bodybuilder and still lift 5 days a week. i do not look like a man. that bulky look only comes from steroid use. lifting is essential for all women, especially for those losing weight.

  • Also try MSM cream

  • if u exercise u wont have loose skin

  • Body shapers and spanx really help with creating a waistline if you have loose skin...women used to always wear them and they are really comfy, a great plus if you are wearing anything formal

  • natural shea butter, worked wonders on my stretch marks. get the purest, no added ingredients

  • I'm sorry but you're giving the wrong information. We, as women, do not have the hormonal build-up to build extensive muscle and become "bulky" naturally. Women who become very bulky for lifting weights and toning are using steroids and/or hormone adjusters 100% guaranteed. Also, cosmetic surgery isn't the only option. And you're wrong when you say loose skin will never go away. Loose skin is caused when there is fat just under the skin. Continue to work out and it will go away.

  • All I do is strength training and weight lifting (okay I have to do a mandatory 45 minutes on the exercise bike a week) but as a woman, you're going to continue to get leaner and thinner LOOOOooOOOOOOOOOng before you "bulk up" a man has tons of testosterone in his body so when he weight lifts and strength trains, yes he'll bulk up but when my dad was really into wight lifting and eating whey protein weight gainers, HE LOST WEIGHT and became lean before bulking up.

  • To make it simple on the stretch marks- stretch marks are scars so I'm sure at least most of us have had a scar before and probably still have them- sometimes with healthy eating over years scars will mend but you usually carry them to the grave. I have heard of using the cocoa butter but it has to be 100% real cocoa butter not just some smelly lotion. Keep up the good work girl. You apparently have a good following and are helping people succeed.

  • Walk or run and it will melt off for the skin . Cocobuter helps too, it fades stretch marks. Dont't wait till the days are sunny and bright to get started on a heathy life ! And I'm a guy that lost my job six months ago, Quick! "boomb" 172 to197lbs 5ft in. not sexey at all. So,thank you, I'm on my way back to living heathy again !!!

  • never mind... i just watched your other "weird random" vid...lol... you also answered that, too... thanx...

  • my biggest question is about cellulite... i dunno if you had much before, but did it fade away or was it able to be toned with the weight loss? (particularly the inner thighs)

  • im trying to lose weight and this did not give me any comfort.

  • As a woman, you're going to lose fat and gain long lean muscle, long before you "bulk up" my dad used to be a weight lifter and he's helped me lose 35 pounds and I do it through strength training. I do worry that my stretch marks will never go away. I have them on my upper inner arms and my stomach...

  • TRY LASER TERAPY )))

  • @MRHEDGEHOGable did u try it??? can u tell me what the results are like??

  • how do you fix loose skin on the eyelids?

  • If you exfoliate that REALLY REALLY helps with scars n stretch marks. the best way of exfoliation I discovered is with Sugar! You can make whatever recipe you want. sometimes i mix it with olive oil & honey(I use African wild honey it's good stuff but you can use the stuff at the store too.) And sometimes i do honey & green tea, or honey & Shea butter. but you can mix it up however you want. it makes your skin smooth soft breaks up scar tissue& circulates blood so your skin will be supple.

  • Stretch marks don't go away you're right but you can GREATLY minimize the look. I use Shea butter, i tried Bio Oil but it broke me out bad so if you're acne prone Shea butter i best hence it's also good for clearing acne. give you great looking skin. I love Shea butter!

May our Heavenly Father & Jesus bless you.

  • I agree Lydia, liting weights can't make women bulky, we don't have enough Testosterone for that to happen, if anything weights will make a woman leaner and speed metabolism up. At my fittest and slimest, I was lifting heavy and was very defined. Only thing to reduce Stretchmarks is having Laser treatment.

  • hey I had like those bad stretch marks on my arms and back ofcourse! well my Doctor cousin advised me to use CONTACTUBEX gel which is very cheap and u can find it on almost every drug store ! it helped me a lot to remove my atretch marks and tighten them ! and now they are hardly visible! stretch marks are there but they are like not visible cz that cream tightens em ! and no one can see em! and yess use it twice thrice daily and it smells good! I mean u can stay with it and work with it !

  • @86mimz sorry its CONTRACTUBEX gel ointment !

  • With loose skin you can work it out and lift weights. Do not wait until you lose the weight to start lifting.

  • @6jade06 I have before but now I try to switch it up with weights throughout my interval training.

  • If you are 80 pounds overweight, NO WAY would you get bulky from lifting weights.

  • when weight loss is your goal vs. loose skin- weight loss outweighs :-) I wouldnt worry about it, and actually I have found that the loose skin issue is genetics- I have seen some ppl who lost 80lbs- and have absolutely no loose skin, then I have seen some ppl who loose 30lbs and they have a bit. Just stay on your goal path...

  • how long did it take u to lose all the weight? ullok good ma~! congrats

  • Do callanetics for the lose skin! I lost 107 lbs and callanetics really helped me suck it in without all the crazy working out. best of luck to you! I wanted to model too but they said I was too tall :o( lol

  • @yagurlnell No such thing as too tall.... girl I wouldn't give up! There are models 6'0" in the industry and some even inches taller... so don't be discouraged keep pushing. There is ALWAYS going to be someone who doesn't like your look but then someone else who does...good luck :)

  • hey celtrixa works for strech marks!

  • ive been trying to lose weight and try get some muscles

also... after you lose a lot of weight, gain some muscles and drink A LOT of water to get the skin to be adaptive. your skin is NOT a sweater were if it stretches, it might not come back to its original form. your skin is a living organ of your body that is constantly adapting to what you want to do.

so dont get worried if you get loose skin. it just takes a while for it to adapt to your new and improved shape :)

  • @ShayneSkyeSama

How is your weight loss coming along?

  • @angelahill01 its going good i lost 10 pounds :)

  • @ShayneSkyeSama omg i wish i was you lol xx how long did it take youu? xx

  • @xoxNaturalBeautyxox a couple weeks i lost another 5 :D

it just takes A LOT of dedication XP

  • check out BeautifulBrwnBabyDol ‎'s page. She lost a lot of weight too and she has a similar video on her page and talks about loose skin.

  • all i need is just to lose 20 lbs...i work out every day for at least an hour..i don't eat much...and i noticed that the only way i can lose weight is not to eat at all and exercise twice a day..i know, its not the healthiest way to lose weight, but seriously..nothing works...p.s. im 5'7'' and i weigh 143 lbs and im 22 yrs old...

  • I have heard that drinking a lot of water can help make your skin elasticize. I am currently on my road to losing weight. I will let you know when I get to my goal weight how it worked out. My current goal is 90 lbs! We shall see :-) You look great and I can't wait to continue with you on your journey!

  • I am so not worried about my loose skin and stretch marks. I have seen the cosmetic surgery shows and those are so scary looking after wards. I have a ton of weight to lose but so not worried about that just don't want the excess weight :-)

  • I gained 45 lbs in 4.5 years since I had my first child. My stomach was stretched a lot & the skin there is saggy now :( I used bio-oil & cocoa butter religiously!! Did. Not. Help! The only way to eliminate the saggy loose skin & or stretch marks would have to be cosmetic surgery. You can work out til the cows come home, but if you're aging, you'll find that it will do very little to tone you back to how you used to be. At this point, if I can just loose the weight, I'll be happy with that!

  • @gzus4eva Appreciate the vids btw! And congrats on your amazing weight loss!! I hope i can do the same one day but also be able to make it a life style change so I can keep it off!!! I'm currently working on it and it is very, very difficult. But I've lost 4 lbs so far! That's amazing for me! hehehehe Byeeeeeeeee!!!

  • @gzus4eva There are some new laser treatments that are fairly affordable that permanently tighten the skin and don't hurt! :)

  • @KristanEdwards Really...? hmm... I wonder how affordable...and I wonder side effects... Do you know a site or something I cud take a look at? Thx!! :)

  • @KristanEdwards

Do you know the name of the procedure?

  • I have lost 52 lbs. so far (started at 220 and am now 168) and still have stretch marks (my thighs, my breasts, and my stomach area). I just live with them instead of trying to get rid of them because they are apart of who I am plus I am fairly covered up most of the time.

I don't really have any loose skin, thankfully, but just a little bit of flab (my thighs mostly). I just need to tone up.

  • can you please do a video on your updated everyday workout routine??

  • msm is good for loose skin n stretch marks

  • you lost 80 pounds... i saw your before and after photos and it did not look like you were 80 pounds over weight! your absoloutly stunning, gorgeous face and skin!!

  • I am one a weight loss roller coaster. Congrats on all your success.I am 10lbs lighter and 90 Ibs to go

  • good advise. i really find your advise useful.

  • @puppymilkshake Thank you :)

  • Are you still trying to lose weight?

  • I like what you said about not worrying so much about things you can't change so much like stretch marks and some slight flab, is to be happy getting healthy, fit and fealing great in your own body. I used to obsess about my looks and get discouraged quickly, instead of losing the weight I wanted, I ended up gaining.. The moment I accepted myself and my body is when I stated to fit loose in my pants and going down in sizes.. :D

  • Lifting weights does not make women bulky. We don't have the genetics to gain muscle like that unless your taking steroids and really trying to put on muscle.

  • @LydiaSamone1 I agree, I've seen some really fit gives really cut and I personally don't like that look... but yes we aren't going to look like figure models lol

  • @LydiaSamone1.....your absolutely correct. i dont understand why women always think there going to get bulky?? ok you heard it ladies unless your taking steroids your not going to bulk of manly!

  • @LydiaSamone1 Not true, I'm a female and my arms get bulky very quickly even though I'm not even trying. There are always exceptions and you should do what is correct for you.

  • I have lost a total of 50 lbs and the only loose sking I have is in my belly..stretch marks don't go away no matter hou much stuff you put on them...I use to be ashamed of my stretch marks...now I don't give a care :0)

  • @PunkinLPN holla :)

  • @PunkinLPN does using cover up or dermablend help stretch marks? (i dont have any, but i'm jw). i mean i have scars and all from skin conditions.

  • @wuzzupl It is supposed to make them softer and feel smooth....but you can still see them...we learned that Preperation H does the same thing because it is basically pure coco butter...LOL

  • Just a correction, lifting weights is always a good...I lift and tone regularly, I am a former athlete.. is nearly impossible for a girl to get bulky unless she really tries. we have too much estrogen. Am new to you tube but i will be making future videos addressing some of the misconceptions about, skin and stretch marks.

  • I agree I do msm and I lift light weights and do more reps. No stretch marks so far (knock on wood).

  • I have lost 50 pounds so far and still losing. I don't have any lose skin. I guess because I lost my weight slowly. I still have stretch marks but I could care less. As long as I am healthy and lost the weight It doesnt matter.

  • i have lost 30 pounds and i still have stretch marks....they are smaller but still there.....and i take msm for my skin.....

  • awesome advice girl. i heard from a couple of my friends and then i seen a youtuber who lost like over 200lbs and he used this stuff called msm i heard it works to help with the loose skin. you can get it at like gnc or where ever theres a vitamin supplement store.

  • U continue to inspire me, thank u!

  • love your videos.....great job on your weightloss....i have lost 30 pounds so far! check out my vids....

  • I was under the impression if its slow and moderate weight loss you would not have loose skin.

  • If they did the research they would know..nice of you to take the time to try to explain though. :-)

  • I don't know what it is...but I can not stick to a diet....I'm thinking about seeing a weight loss specialist because this is depressing....do u have any suggestions?

  • @armywifeismylife If you feel like you can't do it on your own that is ok. My boyfriend could not lose weight either. I kept losing weight and he kept gaining weight. He went to a weight loss specialist and she got him on a weight loss program. Since then he has lost 25 pounds. So I believe there is nothing wrong with seeing a doctor.

  • @NaturalNola86 Thanks so much for reassuring me that it's okay to take this route. I really didn't want to feel like I was taking the easy way out or being lazy, but it is hard trying to eat differently from my husband and kids, not only that, but it's expensive. Also, all my children are small so there goes my time for the gym....

  • i know this is wrong but that was a crazy question lol like stretch marks will never go away its a reminder of what we did to ourself well thats how i feell loll but i finally caught up and lost my 80 pounds now i have 20 more to gooo!!!
