It is about the actions of the police and what is appropriate. Maybe they should have killed him. Of course that would have been the wrong thing to do. So the issue is what was the right thing to do. I simply believe that violence was unwarranted in this case.

Obviously a difference of opinion, because what I see at 0:06 is the man mocking authority. Then 0:12 is police asking him to put his clothes on nicely. He then touched the cop at 0:13 which is already wrong (do you touch the officer that pulls you over for a traffic ticket? try it) Then he resisted arrest at 0:51 for a misdemeanor (nude in public) which is grounds for use of physical force the baton, or Taser. I hope they took his blood, that will be great evidence @ this hearing in court.

To the uploader of this video, you got it wrong. "A naked man at the Coachella festival didn't want to put on his clothes, so the police wrestled him to the ground and tasered him multiple times." So obviously not how it happened, why you gotta lie? The way it really happened was the patient cops asked him several times to get dressed, eventually they arrested him, after minutes of the man resisting arrest they tased him. The cops were following protocol. Hippies need to get jobs.
