the movies provide a lot less obvious foreshadowing than the books, if you were a true HP Fan, then you would not be so stupid. Harry and Hermione are not anything more than friends, because ron and hermione fight ALOT like a couple and in the fourth movie and BOOK at the yule ball they totally got pissed because they werent together and were both miserable.Harry and Ginny's relationship is a little more understandable to say the least because of the whole cho insedent but COME ON!

I dont think H/Hr was ever true it was obvious from book one that it would be R/Hr and from book two that it would be H/G. But i still love this video and i dont have a problem with any shipper videos because even if there not true there are still a lot of good ones- Like this one, keep it up

I'll judge people how I want. I'm not perfect, not in the slightest. Nobody is, when you get right down to it. You put Ron and Ginny in a bad light, and I didn't like it, and I'm sticking with that belief. I don't care what your real opinions are. This isn't about your real opinion, it's about the opinion I saw in the video.

Yeah, well, some people (myself included) just don't like Mary Sues. And that's exactly what Ginny becomes in books 5 and 6 (esp. in HBP). Explanation enough? Disliking Ginny in particular has nothing to do with her threat to my ship (I would MUCH prefer RHr and HL or RHr and Harry with NOBODY than HG occurring), but all to do with the very weak and terribly written development of her character, including her recent Mary-Sue-ification.

Ginny only seems to be a Mary-Sue because the books are told from Harry's perspective. As he develops an attraction to her in OotP and HBP, of COURSE he's going to put her in a better light. Ginny's got flaws, just like the rest of us, but Harry would overlook them. (The phrase "love is blind" ring any bells?)

Well first of all there are no indications of attraction by Harry on OoTP--he barely notices her, as per usual. And the thing is that no one ELSE notices what a b*tch Ginny is either--she almost never gets called on for all her mean-spirited pranks and callous comments, and despite being such a cold person she is nonetheless the most popular girl in school, with supposedly everyone liking her--she's perfectly perfect in every way, and it's not just Harry's viewpoint.
