I love Celine Dion, Sinatra, Bennett, Buble. Every great singer's voice has a unique characteristic that makes it great for Tony Bennett when I hear his voice the one word that comes to mind is 'finesse.' Tony has a finesse about his voice where its not over-emphasized. You can hear some singers who sound great but sometimes less is more & that's how it is w/Tony Bennett. Dinah Washington also had that finesse to her voice ...like vocal silk

This was a beautiful duet, although I think if it was done twenty years ago it would have been even more magical. Tony has just lost so much power in his voice through the last decade or so. He is still unquestionably one of the greatest musicians of all time, he just isn't the vocal presence he used to be. Still, anytime two vocalists as talented as these two come together it is bound to be breathtaking.

I think Celine has a fantastic voice, but she doesn't need to shout, as she does here. I adore her duets with Andrea Bocelli or with Barbra Streisand for instance. And then again, those people still don't sing like Tony! Hehe! ;-)

Hmmm, Celine's voice on the radio caught my ear - and I had NO idea it was her until I searched and found this video on YouTube. I'm indifferent to Celine normally but she has great "touch" on this limited vocal part. She only pushed the ending. Bravo to Celine.
