  • there's a time and a place to discuss religious arguments. On a Brand New song is not it.

  • There's not point in telling people not to argue about religion. We've been doing it as long as man has existed. Let's just bask in the beauty behind the actual message of this song. The fact that you are arguing about the overlay of religious themes really throws you into the same boat as those who ignorantly follow some beliefs.

  • Worship da "CREATOR' not da creation. There is Only One God.The "God" is Eternal,Absolute. The God is not a begetter, neither Begotten.God has no son or wife.It is Ridiculous when some illogical says God has family! it is blaspheme. We are all servents of One God.God created us according to worship & praise "HIM"Jesus Christ( May God peace be upon Him)is just a Messenger/Prophet was sent by One God to give this Eternal true Messege.Jesus Christ(PBUH) is just another servent of Al-Mighty Only 1 God.

  • There are a lot of reasons religion needs to go away. It's not a matter of "oh geez just let everyone believe and make decisions that have no basis in reality because it doesn't affect those around them."

  • @Nolgthorn Why does Religion need to go away? It's nothing but a line of thought combined with association. It's no different than political ideology.

  • Religious arguments are for nuffies.

Let people believe and support what they want everyone has that right.

Stop judging people for pointless shit like that, and just fuck off and get over it.

And stop trying to force people to believe something they don't want to.

    THE END.

  • the guitar sounds a lot like a modest mouse song

  • @6stringsound1 i believe the modest mouse song your referring to is ;spitting venom'?

  • your lyrical interpretation skills kinda suck.

  • greatest band alive

  • dude no matter what this song will stay epic because it tears thru love heart devotion and religion all with pure rhythm

  • Jesus is a Cunt!!!

  • @dembones420 I'm not religious either but that's no reason to be a dick to those who have faith. Grow up

  • @dembones420 Is that so? What does that make you?

  • I think this songs is about worshiping something or someone to the point where they expect you to treat them like an idol. It exposes the fact that regardless of how highly you think of someone, they will inevitably let you down. I don't think it has that much to do with belief, but more with people placing all their confidence in something that will falter in the end.

  • I don't know why people came to this breathtaking song to just argue about it's meaning.

    Listen to the song.

  • @MIssusGrimReaper The song is nothing without the meaning, that's why.

  • you will all feel gods wrath for not following him

have faith in jeses christ and accept him as your savior

  • @JoannaSalvato I must of missed the bit in the bible where expressed that God's followers should scare people into conforming.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

  • oo il spread d word alri im gonna start my won religon maryisaslutism!!!

thumbs if u hate justin bieber? totally off the topic but i hate him!!! hahaha

  • @1800666666 i'm in brother maryisaslutism is the only way!!!!

  • wow gayisrave u just blew my fucking mind man..its d truth mary was a slut...bitch got ganbanged by 10 jews...HARD!!!!!!!

  • @1800666666 you said it 180066666 now spread the word... at least somebody see's where i'm coming from...

  • Can God draw a square circle? :o!!!

  • I mean I don't believe in God either, but I've been to church a couple times with my friend. The readings are words of wisdom, that I admire. Then again some readings just baffle my mind and make no sense whatsoever. Keep in mind that people lie. People hallucinate. This Bible could be bull shit and we would never even know.

  • @Xluv2dance002x yeahp you said it!

  • yall got to shut the fuck up and listen to the song..... the kids just singinG that he needs help and if hes gonna be forgiven by god hes talking about jesus if u dont belive in him then take ur shit some where else cuz its obvious the singer does belive in him

  • @gayisrave take it or leave it man. believe in what you believe, and we'll believe in what we believe in. you are free to say whatever you want and to believe in what you want to believe and that is your freedom. we can't mess with that. in fact, Jesus doesn't force Himself to anyone. either you choose to accept Him or reject Him and still, God would respect your choice.. but if ever you change your mind, you're always welcome to come to Jesus' side of the road.

  • @reubbenn christanity is just a whore's affair getting way outa hand...thats all i'm saying.

  • i know nobody see's threw my eye's or has the same beliefs as me, but i honestly don't understand why people worship jesus? is there any proof he exist's? NO! all jesus is, is a metaphor.... and when you die you'll go to heaven? that is complete bullshit i have no theory to what will happen when we die but i do know one thing and that is that there is no god, and no heaven, and why do people thank god when they achieve something? why don't they take all the credit for what they've achieved?

  • @gayisrave Man you could not be more wrong, take this for example if you want some evidence

Raise or lower the universe's rate of expansion by even one part in a million, and it would have ruled out the possibility of life.

If the ratio of carbon to oxygen had been slighty different than it is, none of us would have been here to breathe the air

Chang the tilt of the earths axis in one direction, and we would freeze. change it the other direction and we'd burn up.

    ...take a look around

  • @Braine42 so your saying that earth is an act of god? how? how could a person do this? there is not the slightest bit if evidence of god creating earth, but yet look at all the evidence that we today that earth was created by the big bang billions of years ago scientist have the most comprehensive and accurate solution to how earth and life was created, all this religious bullshit is based on belief.

  • @awakefromyourlife Pirating music is a sin, stealing is not alowed, we all remember. No christian would ever pirate music. You mock god and their followers if you accuse us or me of stealing music. May Wall Street bless you.

  • @awakefromyourlife Ever thought to yourself that Jesse Lacey just sucks donkey balls?

  • @awakefromyourlife

yeah, but fans will still go to your shows. you just have to accept the fact that people will pirate your music and move on.

  • seriously? why the hell are you people fighting about religion? shit, it has to be brought into everything.

just fucking sit back and listen to how fantastic this song is.

  • @awesome14159 Amen. Thank you -_-

  • They sux lolzz

  • my friend posted this as a status on facebook before he killed himself

  • @alexbaby32 Wow dude. God Bless. Ima pray for you dude.

  • jesse lacey is a total D bag. I like brand new, less than i used to, but this guy ended his set at lollapalooza 15 minutes early cuz he didnt like the crowd or something. and that he told everyone they should be listening to explosions in the sky instead of brand new. he probably thinks he is jesus christ

  • I hate how people ruin this song with biased and religious comment. I have my own opinions about this beautifull yet confusing song, but i wouldnt impose my thoughts on others. I, myself are christian, and i think this song by Brand New is awesome, and Brand New in general is cool, but i think that there are people, Christians and Athiest alike, who just want to cause trouble. Examples: Bobthejourney, Elldotcom7, Myself, etc. So, all in all, awesome song, and stop argueing like immature brats =/

  • Arguing whether this song is religious or not is ridiculous. It's a great song. Enjoy it and let everyone else enjoy it the way they would like to enjoy it.

  • Funny how I see mostly anti-religious people judging the ones who do believe in God/Jesus...

Everyone has their own beliefs, but don't be a hypocrite and complain when the extremist Christians judge if you're going to do the exact. same. thing.

  • If god was all powerful, wouldn't he be able to create a boulder even he couldn't lift? But if he couldn't lift such boulder, wouldn't he NOT be all powerful?

All you religious fanatics just got Paradox'd

  • @brankeithwats

LMAO! That's so childish. If you're gonna try to argue this at least be creative.

Someone who is all powerful making a boulder he cannot himself lift is called a non-entity. It is in its self a defeated argument. The same idea as making a circle-square. It is a non-entity. I assure you most credible atheists would find this to be a silly and childish argument. Trust me, you should rethink your statement and spend more time on a new more valid point.

  • to all you jesus freaks out there answer me this, If god created this earth, he cant be from here. So what does that make him????

  • @elldotcom7 makes him God breh... he was human for 33 years

  • @elldotcom7 Im not a Jesus Freak. That is a dilluted and ill-rational thought. I am not biased towards ethnic groups or people in general over their skin color or beliefs. Doesnt matter if your Athiest or Christian, Black or White. Now, if you want to argue and be spiteful to me just for believing in something for no good reason, then there is something wrong with you. Jesus,in my opinion,is the son of god as part of the Trinity, as he was there from the beggining. Think before you reply to this

  • the whole songs a metaphor about jesse's life (no NOT JESUS'S) so stfu christians

  • I used to be a Christian. But, now, I've taken a different path in life... It's not that I've lost faith, and it's not that I don't believe in God or Jesus anymore. But, I found that there were too many things wrong with Christianity, there were too many hypocrites too. Brand New, has been, and always will be, my favorite band. This song is a perfect example of why I love them. They somehow write about experiences in my life. They're brutally honest, and I love that.

  • thomas is one of the disciples of Jesus, also known as thomas the doubter.

  • who is thomas?

  • For me I feel its as an agnostic is trying to talk to Jesus to see if he's there, and asking all the questions and expressing all his fears, because he's torn. He doesn't want to live life as an empty existence knowing that after he dies, he'll be alone and in nothingness, but at the same time it's just hard to believe anythings there because of all the pain and sadness he's feeling. He's afraid of nothingness, afraid of hell, and afraid of life all at once. Totally human.

  • such a depressing song to lsiten to while baked.

  • shut up bible thumpers. i love this song.

  • I'm Catholic and believe that this song can be seen both ways. I also find it interesting that there are people here posting that have insulted those with faith. The lyrics are correct... we all have wood and nails. The people who have shown hate towards those who believe in Christ have proved it. Just my two cents.... love the song. It shows that we all have questions...

  • @HF917 It even showed the portion of Thomas which represents Humanities Doubt, (Doubting Thomas) And I thought that was ingenious, Any christian could see the way he is talking to Jesus as a friend, as an amazing ability some may misconstrue it as insulting, but I personally find that to be the correct way to talk to Him.

  • @HF917 Well said.

  • @HF917 Im a Catholic too and FECK off! Listen to the song and shud up.

  • Like the song. Dislike the Jesus Freaks.

  • because he didn't die for our sins, he just died. he wasn't holy, he was just born. he was a human. just like you. and a pretty good story teller. just like Ron Hubbard.

  • @ItstimetogoMu51c That's your opinion. Why step in and tell those of faith that they are wrong?

  • i'm waiting for the time that someone human being explains to me what bad did Jesus Christ our Saviour do for us, i only know that he never harmed any human being, he loves us and that he died for our sins, so you guys tell me why what's the big need to hate on him for no reason

  • @MCMAK9 For a start, I'd like you to prove he:

    A) Loved (yes past tense. He's dead) anyone

    B) Died for my sins

    C) Never harmed anyone

I don't agree with people randomly hating people who believe in God, that's just stupid and unjust. But I equally disagree with anyone trying to convince me that a Jewish man who lived two thousand years ago gives a damn about me.

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons It's called faith. :) Not everyone has to believe - that's called Free Will.

  • @HF917 Yeah I'm aware of that. That's why I said "I don't agree with people randomly hating people who believe in God"... I know not everyone has to believe in God - I don't. But I don't think it's fair for people who do believe in God to try and tell me that he exists.

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons It's not fair either way. It's not fair for someone to bang on your door and tell you that you may go to hell one day. It's also not fair some of the comments I have seen on here about Jesus Freaks and Bible Thumpers. Again - hate and judgement definitely goes both ways.

  • @HF917 Which is just about the only fair point of view. Everyone should be able to believe exactly what they want, without the intrusion of others.

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons Agreed. :)

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons If someone honestly believes that the chance of someone to go to hell exists, should they be able to find a way to tell people? I mean, if you honestly thought a car was going to hit someone you know, wouldn't you want to do everything in your power to save them? I believe a lot of people don't talk about things out of love, and that's why it get's problematic. But if someone is worried enough to try to influence you, wouldn't that be a compliment? Take it as you will. (=

  • Comment removed

  • @PasswordGranted If someone was going to get hit by a car, I'd obviously warn them, only a sicko wouldn't. But Hell is different. Everyone knows that getting hit by a car is likely to injure or kill you, but not everyone believes in Hell. So telling someone who doesn't believe in it that they're going to go there unless they make the life-choices you're making is, as I see it, a little conceited...

    Not arguing, debating :)

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons i agree. There are Biblethumpers and Extremist Athiest who love to argue over the little points and weak spots in this Religious Debate. Biblethumpers are wrong to preach peopel goto hell if you dont beleive, because it depends on WHAT you believe. And im christian, and i dont hate athiest, but there are a small few who just love argueing just to piss off christians and jews even when they dont want to argue. Again, hate that the song, which is not religious, is being argued.

  • @Masterdarwin88 Totally agree. I enjoy talking about the topic, but I wouldn't start a fight with someone over their beliefs, because at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter that much when we have such a brilliant song, full of meanings and emotions that I personally think have very little to really do with God, right there in front of us.

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons I agree, and glad you clarified that we're debating. That way people don't take either of what we say as disrespectful, because that is not how I mean it, and I trust not how you mean it. If Christians honestly, 100% believed that people go to hell if they don't have a relationship with Jesus, and Not tell someone, how much would they have to hate someone for that?

  • @PasswordGranted Thanks ^.^ It's a good thing that we can debate without resorting to swearing at each other mindlessly. In response to your two messages, I'd say I can understand why a Christian feels they need to warn people of the supposed consequences of their lifestyle (E.G. atheism), however, from the atheists point of view, it comes off as very arrogant and judgmental.

Telling someone about your beliefs isn't in anyway innappropriate -

  • @PasswordGranted (continuing) It should be encouraged, because then at least we'd all have something to talk about. But to someone who's spent time considering whether God exists, or whether there really is a place to go after this, to be then told that they're completely wrong and they'll go to Hell, you can't blame them for being irritated.

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons Anytime, intelligent discussion brings enlightenment. I agree, you can't blame them for being irritated. I feel like a lot of Christians don't give thought to other religions or other viewpoints. I myself can be guilty of this. I try have enough faith to be willing to consider the other person's viewpoint though. I think a lot of times the Christian's fault in how they present the information, because they don't do it lovingly but more like "repent or burn" mindset. That's bad

  • @PasswordGranted Yeah, I agree. It's not annoying if you can see that they're trying to help and honestly think it's the only way to save you, but some Christians just can't resist acting like God Himself.

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons Or rather, act how they would if they were God. God would act better I would so hope.

  • @ChocoCoatedLemons It may seem conceited, but if you believed that someone was about to get hit by a car, and they didn't believe you, would you not still try to tell them, even if you seemed conceited? It's the same with Christians who honestly believe that. I don't believe that it should be done in spite or anger, but if it's done in love, and is an open conversation where they will let the person make their choice, I don't see a problem if done like that then. I hope what I'm saying is clear.

  • this song is truly magic thumbs up if agreed

  • Christ is here!

  • @love7christ Actually, Christ is supposed to be in Heaven

    Friggin' moron.

  • Religion in dumb. Having faith in something you absolutely can't prove is a human weakness. That being said, atheism is also dumb.

    Deep down, you're all agnostic.

So let's dispense with the religious debates!

    Good song btw.

  • wrong lyrics

  • @maximus1432

how're they the wrong lyrics? o-o

  • My friend just showed me this song, and it made me cry.

  • religion is what keeps half the world sane. fuckin weirdos they are.

  • this song saved me..

  • this song is incredible

  • God I love Brand New so much! I'm an atheist, but the song is amazing in so many ways.

  • i dont think it's referencing the transfiguration at all. I'm pretty sure it's just one guy's struggle with trying to figure out if the afterlife is worth choosing to do the right thing over the wrong.

  • @robbybobbybobirwin uh, yes it's deffinately worth it, are you saying you would live app. 70 years in a life of self reliance and drunkeness then burn in hell for the rest of your life??? or live the right way and live forever, read revelation, there are many misconceptions about christianity and thats what many people fear, its commitment that they fear, just message me.

  • @BlackBeardDelight187

well actually i'm not as anti-religion as you seem, it's just because i've come to learn that every time i think i have out witted them and found a hole in something, i find a relatively plausible (not like totally 100% true), but not crazy answer. because in the end both sides can logically justify everything. like to the "why wouldnt they have changed this", well that goes to the argument they they didn't. if they had, they would of fixed it all. ergo, they didn't.

  • Masterpiece.

  • This beautiful masterpiece wins the award of being the most replayed song on my i-pod. It's ridiculously addictive...

  • I just heard this song for the first time yesterday in a coffee shop. I love this song. I really do.

  • i swear ill try to nail you back up

  • Does anyone know when they will be touring? Because i have not heard anything.

  • this band is a huge inspiration for me!!! Influenced my music so much. Thanks Brand New for rocking my fucking socks off!!

  • the guitar at the start of this song still makes me shiver five years after having heard it for the first time.

  • Personally, i think he is trying to ask for help to solve his loneliness but as the song progresses he turns to ask the question of whats next, ghost (Do I float through the ceiling), heaven (Do I get the gold chariot) or nothing (Do I divide and fall apart). Right after that he seems to make the point he doesn't want to go with Jesus and he will nail him back up so his sins will be forgiven before knowing where he would be taken. human's nature of fear and hatred wins. i dont know

  • This is far by, the best Brand New Song.

  • @dc1823 really good. not their best.

  • My perspective of this song: He is not the happiest with the way his life is turning out, ex: being alone in the bed, and he is asking god what he should do since he has been through the same thing, (What did you do those three days you were dead). and then he is questioning what will happen to him after he dies, is he just a ghost, or does he go to Heaven? And then finally, either way, he will always trust god even though he doesnt think god trusts him. ("I swear ill try to nail you back up").

  • I like how they are both talking respectful and kind of mocking.

"This problem is going to last more than the weekend."

  • calling all christains help everywhere, please help me in my quest please visit my website

  • I hate how people ruin such a beatufiul and very emoitional video with negative comments and arguements. It doesnt matter if your christian and your defending yourself or if your athiest/non-religious and you hate the video, or if your just a plain troll. We dont need or want your arguements here. Just listen to this song and feel the happiness and joy it provides. Amen if you love Jesus Christ!!

  • This was my nieces funeral song after a horrific battle with a brain tumor. Her favourtie song. Simply beautiful.

  • People need to stop arguing and just appreciate the song...and Brand new in general. They're amazing.

  • thumbs up if you searched brand new?

  • I feel like it is about someone on death row

  • always afraid of death. pity

  • @BlackBeardDelight187 Death is not something to fear, but to await as you live your life for Jesus. Evry1 faces Death at one point, and i wont say that i dont worry about dying the next second and wondering what people will do without me. But i have faith that if God allowed for me to Die the next second, that he would make sure evry1 around me was ok til the end of time. And No one can tell me otherwise. Amen if you love Jesus Christ!

  • @Masterdarwin88 Try telling that to the billions of people that suffer from apocalypse syndrome. People who happen to be religious

  • @BlackBeardDelight187 You are an idiiot. There is less than 10 Billion People in the world. So "billions" dont have apocalypse syndrome. And try teling that to the millions of people that suffer from autism. People who a majority are athiest.

  • @Masterdarwin88 More than half the population is religious, whether christian, muslim ect. 1/3 of christians believe that Jesus will come in their lifetime. Also, what about the centuries of christian apocalypse syndrome? Hundreds of predictions made and they were all wrong. Apocolapse syndrome continues strong today and gathers people by the masses.

  • @BlackBeardDelight187 No. You are wrong. Cause even though false pretenses have predicted jesus comign soon and they were all wrong, the bible says that no one can predict the hour, day, or even year jesus will come, for he will come like a thief in the night (not a rapture). And plus, there are people over the centuries with autism that arent religious =/

  • @Masterdarwin88 " the bible says that no one can predict the hour, day, or even year jesus will come"

B.C.-A.D. According to the New Testament, The End should have occurred before the death of the last Apostle. In Matthew 16:28. it says:

"Verily, I say unto you, there be some standing here which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom."

One by one, all the apostles died. And the world rolled on for everyone else. . .

  • @BlackBeardDelight187 True, they;re are parts if the bible we cant explain. Im sorry if i seem hypocritical or if im judging christains for being judgemental, i like to keep stereotypes and opinions out of conversations like this @ 924142707. Anyways, i would think that Matthew missunderstood it or that you missunderstood it. Sorry for the spelling mistake =/ It could mean that an apostle or two could prove themselves and go straight to heaven. But im not sure and i dont know. Darwin~

  • @BlackBeardDelight187 Google The Wandering Jew.

  • @BlackBeardDelight187 sorry, but i'm not out right disagreeing- i'm not christian- but I did spend one too many years in scripture classes in catholic school, and here jesus is adressing Peter, James, and John and it's considered to be referencing the transfiguration, not the end of the wolrd.

  • @goodcharlotte615 Dont you love that about religion? Its as if "they" purposely created it to be arbitrary. This is why we have christians disagreeing with christians, muslims with muslims, jews with jews ect. Also, keep in mind that the book has been constantly changed and it depends on where you live. youd think theyd change a huge fuck up like that by now, right

  • @BlackBeardDelight187

The bibles a poorly written book of bullshit? what else is new haha.

  • @BlackBeardDelight187 u wanna join my religon? maryisaslutism?

  • @1800666666 Sorry, Im a Pastafarian. You have chosen the wrong path to salvation. I've been blessed by His Sauciness, the Flying Spaghetti Moster. And Zeus.

  • figures the religious nuts would have something to say about this one

  • @bobthejourney Religious Nuts? Shows how much you know. Instead of posting random and ill-informed comments on youtube video's, actually get to know why we say what we say and do what we do before you can critiize why we do and say what we do and say. Otherwise, your just another hopeless fool who doesnt understand and is too lazy to try and understand.

  • @Masterdarwin88 Aren't you judging Christians for being judgemental? You have not given us the time you ask for, for yourself, when you criticize. What would you like people to know about you brother?

  • @924142707 I try not to judge or suppourt opinions that they themselves arent rooted in fact. I dont mean harm when i say some christuabs are judgemental, or that every group or clan or guild or religion or cult has flaws. Nothing matters in a world blinded in bloodshed~

  • @bobthejourney dont criticize others beliefs, you'll be just like them

  • just enjoy the song people! It's amazing!!

  • I LOVE PAGAN RELIGIONS, CHINESE RELIGIONS AND INDIAN RELIGIONS.

  • imagine a heaven with no animals for all you animal lovers.

  • How about we just listen to the fucking song ya?

  • 1. This isn't a "Christian" song. Actually listen to the lyrics.

    2. A lot of the lyrics in this video were wrong.

  • @mrskikizz The bible is full of lies, hate misstruths and childish banter, it was written for the week, the lost, the ignorant. I know where im going, you hope against hope, another of humanity,s great failures, but have a nice day all the same.

  • @MrSimned how can I have a nice day when someone indirectly but surely calls me "weak, lost, and ignorant"...but you know something? That's what we all are. Furthermore, I HIGHLY doubt that you mean for me to have a nice day. The effort put forth in the suggestion is nothing more than pouring acid on a burn. BTW, how does it make you feel to put other peoples beliefs down?

  • Comment removed

  • @MrSimned let me put it to you like this. ALL have sinned...INCLUDING atheists. You cannot say that Christians go out and kill people when that is entirely untrue. PEOPLE go out and kill people. And if all we practiced was tolerance in this world, then murderers, rapists, theives and the like would get away scott free all because you want to be TOLERANT. The world is too complicated for you to be pushing people into boxes...although, I'm sure it helps you sleep at night....

  • @mrskikizz I think there's a big difference between being tolerant of religious beliefs and turning a blind eye to ruining or even ending other human being's life. To say you're complaining MrSimned is ignorant to life's complications, you're being naively black and white yourself.

  • @Adimurti your comment has so many grammatical errors that I don't even get what you are trying to say except something about black and white? I think I clearly adressed that the world is far too complicated for black and white. However, when it comes to love and hate, yes, they are as far from eachother as the east is from the west, so yes, as an example, if hate is black, then love is white....

  • @mrskikizz Nah. All the grammar's there. Try again.

  • @Adimurti I say we get another opinion.....

oh...but who was "complaining"...? If you were adressing MrSimned then don't you think it would be more appropriate to separately comment to him? I think I see now that you just needed a paragraph to separate your comment to him...and a comma after the word "to" and "ruining"

  • @mrskikizz You say we get another opinion on my grammar when you abuse ellipses as if they're commas? You realise an ellipse is three periods, yeah? That ellipses aren't followed by another punctuation mark? That an ellipse is used to show an incomplete thought?

Just forget it. It's like banging my head against a brick wall.

  • @Adimurti I'll use however many ellipses's I want lolzz....I don't care much about grammer as long as I understand what's being said and without commas, it does make it hard but you seem pretty nice so thx for that cuz lotsa people on you tube are mean!

  • Comment removed

  • @MrSimned Um...don't know where the hostility comes from...and yes, you can be saved by Grace through faith but only if your heart is truly repentive. So, it's between you and God...I'm actually not really pessimistic....like not really at all....lolz...I laugh too much to be a pessimist...

Because MOST of them were MURDERED by European settlers.....look it up. P.S. I'm very much Chippewa...in fact, my mother is a tribal member,so you are "preaching to the choir" Lolz and I've had a happy day considering most of my anscestors were KILLED =D Thanx!
