I get that Derek is "helping" her a bit, but two quick thoughts. 1) As strong as Derek is (much respect), I don't think that him pulling with submaximal effort with one arm is going to make a huge difference, so good job Christina. 2) Even if Derek were helping her through the motion more than I believe he was, it is absurdly beneficial to get used to a heavy weight even with help, so that when she has to flip a 400lb. tire it feels much lighter since she's experienced 650.

@foamseahorse Well, it's a little different than lifting a huge bar over one's head where it can be dropped straight down but the spotter has the leverage to hold the bar.
With something like this, not only is she not under the tire, mostly, his one arm is not going to keep it from flopping down!
