What do you mean? Josephine was famous for her feathers from the beginning on. And this clip is from the seventies so the suit maybe look a little old fashion but i would like that some artists would wear this kind of costumes rather then what they are now wearing....

whoa.......who is "they"?? Josephine was NEVER "made" to wear anything. La Baker was of the tradition of the old music hall, where a stage spectacle was grand and fabulous (and the women were scantily-clad in costumes with gigantic head-dresses). Ridiculous?? Not even close.
