Cause they're not good under pressure. As much as everyone is like oh Id never do contests blah blah, its cause they cant handle the pressure of contest skating. And its not even just the XGames its the Dewtour, Vans contests, Tampa Pro, etc. He kills them all, yeah I admit contest is not the same as going out and skating what you want, but it pits skaters against each other to see who can come up with the best lines and stick all their tricks.
