  • Now if the impd scumbags would've jumped intead of the man, that would've made a good day even better.

  • i would have let him jump 2

  • US=Freedom, I would have let him jump it's a free choice.

  • And you would have been criminally liable for his death, which is why you are not a cop.

  • @penda3 nope, suicide is a felony in the US

  • @Chacha5678 Look at your state and federal laws NO it's not.

  • @penda3 okay only if you assist someone with a suicide it is illegal. but people still try to prevent others from killing themselves. things dont stay shit forever

  • @Chacha5678 You're STILL wrong. Letting him jump is not illegal. Assistance would mean me goading him or giving him instructions. I would stand and watch and wouldn't try to coax him down like most people do with these dramatic losers. It's NOT my job to prevent HIM from hurting himself and you won't find a law on any books that says so!!

  • @penda3 so im guessing you aren't for government regulation on things, either. but wouldn't you feel a shred of guilt if you did absolutely nothing, when you know you could have tried to save him? its not your responsibility too.. but just a gesture from your heart.. to help another. cause the person may not have thought things through, or they could have a mental disorder. if the guy really couldnt have imagined his life improving, he would have still jumped.

  • @Chacha5678 Not ONE ounce of guilt. If life sucks so bad that you want to kill yourself then I fully support it, but don't be dramatic about it.. I help those that I CARE about, not strangers, and they are not mental; they're attention-seeking whores.

  • @penda3 so you wouldn't want a stranger to call 9/11 if they saw your mother get shot in the street, a stranger to call 9/11 if they saw your child get abducted, or a stranger to stop your sibling (who had a mental problem) from committing suicide?

  • @Chacha5678 That's not the same thing!! PAY ATTENTION!! You can call the cops if a child is abducted, but you don't have to step in and stop them. You can call the cops if someone gets shot, but you don't have to step in and lift a finger. You can call the cops after a suicidal person jumps, but again you aren't REQUIRED to lift a finger and help them. At that point I'd be reporting a dead body taking up space. Look at your logic that you just posted and see that it makes no sense!!

  • @penda3 I never said it was required, or should be. I just think its very noble. I mean personally, if someone was being shot, regardless of my relation with them, I'd probably be too freaked out to do much, unless I get that superhuman adrenaline thing, but I greatly admire those who could. Maybe its cause I'm a very empathetic person.. so I can't just not give a shit just cause I don't know the other person.. I still feel a connection with them because we're all people.

  • @Chacha5678 My sibling doesn't have a mental problem and the FEW suicidal people that have mental issues do it in private not trying to attract a show for their display of pathetic self-pity

  • @penda3 I didn't mean your sibling (if you have any) actually had a mental disability. it was just an example. but if somebody is considering suicide then you can't say they are totally right in the head, because most of the time, things aren't as bad as they think.
