I got in a serious accident at the pismo dunes and its just the risk we take. yea the guy in the rail should not be jumping without a spotter but from a legal stand point there is no legal fault.

Those helicopter rides are fucking expensive, insurance doesn't cover it also. I've been hit by a rail, it was a 5 seater with an LS2 engine in it, I came over a blind spot in this bowl and he was coming sideways up the hill, turned just enough, I closed my eyes and jumped, I could of ended up like this guy, but he slammed the front of my YFZ, And I just closed my eyes, and ended up with a few bruises and my quad needed a new Frame, those rails need to be more fucking careful...

@gitrdonedavid It happened sat the 12th approx 1 pm , i was air evacuated to desert regional in palm springs, CA After it happened, Then my brother had to go get my totalled quad back to camp and pack up everything later that night he finally arrived at the hospital, We drove home got back about 5 am Sunday morning then he made the video and put it up on the 14th.
