My bet is that you have never had a cat as a pet to know what loyal, faithful and caring friends they can make for a man. I rescued a bob cat that had been abandoned by his mother and he became my most loving and faithful friend. rubs his head on my leg to console me so that I don't feel bad. One day his twin brother whom we had recently found, hissed at me, and my cat started growling angrily at the twin brother and squirming roughly to get out of my sister's arms to attack his twin brother in my defense. So much so that everyone around me commented "did you see how he wanted to protect you?" He has the routine habit of going outdoors everyday for two hours to play in our backyard which he (Continued below)

enjoys dearly. But if I am ever left alone in the house, he will not leave my side or step outdoors for one minute until my family returns home, so that I won't be alone. He can't eat his food unless I stand by his side. Any time of the day that I want to take a nap, he jumps onto my bed and lies by my side (most of the times wide awake just studying me in my sleep) until I wake up. arguing with me and my cat who was standing on the neighbor's property, quickly returned to my side and started rubbing his head on my leg again to comfort me and he never went back to that house again even to say hello to his cat friends who are by the way kept outside of the neighbor's house in a shed. Daily as I sit and work, he just sits by my side for hours and hours, just to stay by me, without wondering away once. I have so many stories to tell you of what a loving (Continued below)

friend he has been to me, and most people say that you can't tame a feral cat. I have grown to love him so much, that I can't stay away from him for even a day. I haven't gone on a vacation for years even though I am itching to go because I would miss him so much. Not a day goes by that I don't kick him accidentally as he gets under my foot a lot, but not once has he lashed back at me but continues to rub his sweet and loving head on my leg, pretending nothing has happened. So if you haven't kept a cat as a pet, you are missing out on a very warm and sweet experience my friend that reinforces the beauty of nature. Look at it this way, we all get only one chance to come into this world and can't choose in what form we come into this world: as a man or an animal, and it wouldn't be fair for anybody to take this one chance away from us, just because they don't approve of what form we have been sent into this world.
