  • @cernag Sorry this is a little late, but I used about 3 sprigs each of rosemary, sage, and thyme.

  • thank you - I'm cooking my first turkey tomorrow for friends - your video made it easy and fun (especially since you just throw away the gizzard and gibblets - I was stressing on using those for gravy) - Happy Thanksgiving :)

    PS - LOVE your accent...sweet.

  • @in2wishn Thank you - actually for gravy I just use the pan drippings and chicken broth - separate it (get the pieces and grease out) and add a little cornstarch to thicken it. You can also use flour and butter, but I just do it the easy way :)
