Thank you for your two videos on preparing turkey and how to carve it. Today was my first time cooking one by myself, and it turned out great because of your tutorial! Thanks again. Happy Thanksgiving.
thank you - I'm cooking my first turkey tomorrow for friends - your video made it easy and fun (especially since you just throw away the gizzard and gibblets - I was stressing on using those for gravy) - Happy Thanksgiving :)
@in2wishn Thank you - actually for gravy I just use the pan drippings and chicken broth - separate it (get the pieces and grease out) and add a little cornstarch to thicken it. You can also use flour and butter, but I just do it the easy way :)
Thanks for the Video,My mouths watering can,t wait for Christmas day.Got a nice free range turkey ordered from a local Butcher Along with a lovely Danish ham,
I've cooked a bunch of turkeys, but never considered removing the breast in one piece...tried it today, and it worked great! Thanks, it is a very good video...
Thanks for the great video, it is very helpful. I am watching and following along as i am making our family turkey at this moment. And yes it is smelling just amazing. Thanks again!
