One of my best friend's Great Aunt was really good friends with Anne Frank's sister. Thankfully she escaped the Holocaust, but unfortunately she did lose a good friend.

The orginal Anne Frank house (the hiding place) is on the Prinsengracht 263 in Amsterdam, people can visit it. Then we also have the house on the Merwedeplein 37 its the house where the franks lifed before they went into hiding its also still in Amsterdam but people are not allowed to go inside.
In the begin of this movie they show a house (Merwedeplein) and I m pretty sure that that is the orginal house. but when they film inside of that house its not the orginal house anymore. I also know that the film parts in the inside of the hiding place (Prinsengracht) is also not the orginal place.

The Deniers try to use te fact that parts of the Diary proves it's a fake. Well, the Deniers are the Fakes. The first ballpoint pen patent was in 1888. And, in 1938 the Biro brothers had a workable pen. The Btitish airforce used a ball point pen.

Just got back from the Anne Frank's secret annex in Amsterdam and also went to a concentration camp in Munich Germany area. Such a sad story and time. I still can't believe the Germans would do that to the Jews!! If someone told me to kill I wouldn't do it!

i dont get it. why did they treat jewish people so different? its not like they did anything. they worshiped jesus and didnt give jewish people much freedom. what made jesus so different from the jews? jesus was jewish himself, so that means they would also have to treat jesus like a piece of crap, because they were treating other jews like a pile of cow poop, but they didnt. they weren't much different. the only thing different about them was that they practiced different things.

I would love to see where Anne Frank and her family and friends stayed during the war. It is a terrible part of history. I know it makes me sad every time I see the movie. I remember when I learned about the Holocaust.
I was 13 years old and we were having a school trip to the Houston Holocaust Museum. I didn't go because I couldn't bear to hear and read aout the terrible, inhuman things that happened, less go and see pictures!!
I cried and I couldn't eat or sleep for weeks...

And then I went to the Anne Frank house and I cried when I came in the room where Anne slept. It was the worst and sadest feeling Ive ever had in my whole life. This young girl changed my life so much and I m so thankfull about that!
I hope that she and all the other people who died in the WW2 may R.I.P

The orginal Anne Frank house (the hiding place) is on the Prinsengracht 263 in Amsterdam, people can visit it. Then we also have the house on the Merwedeplein 37 its the house where the franks lifed before they went into hiding its also still in Amsterdam but people are not allowed to go inside.

In the begin of this movie they show a house (Merwedeplein) and I m pretty sure that that is the orginal house. but when they film inside of that house its not the orginal house anymore. I also know that the film parts in the inside of the hiding place (Prinsengracht) is also not the orginal place.

However, I love EVERY SINGLE man who fought in WWII in order to defeat the nazi army. That really was a necessary war.
