i went to a party in edinburgh about this time, he wore an elvis wig and just sang like

@lordbodo63 Totally disagree with you on that. Always felt G S, was the black sheep or should that be whippet?, of the Sulk LP. Very well sung as always but the backing was wrong for me. Too synth sounding, which imo dates it alot. Also could have done without the drums. Could you imagine a version, with just Billy accompanied by piano a la Kites? I'm feeling close to tears already! There is somewhere on youtube a very early recording of G S, poss by composer. Check that out
